Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to every website operated under the Zhuohang Precision Machining Factory entity listed at the bottom of this page.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what a quotation or manufacturing conversation requires:

• Contact details — your name, company, email, phone, country — so we can return a quote and answer technical questions.
• Project files — CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and material specifications you upload for a quote. We retain them for the duration of the RFQ and any production follow-up, and delete them on your request.
• Communications — emails, call notes, and meeting records related to your inquiry, kept for as long as needed to serve the account.
• Basic analytics — anonymous session data (country, device, pages viewed) used only to find what content helps buyers. We do not sell or share this data.

We do not buy personal data, build profiles for advertising, or run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. Lawful basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we process the data above on the following grounds:

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to prepare and perform a quotation or manufacturing agreement you have requested.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to your questions, keep records of engineering conversations, and improve site content.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for any optional marketing communication you opt into, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Your rights

EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors may: access, correct, delete, or port their data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and never require you to waive these rights to receive a quote.

5. Data retention

Project files and quotations are kept for the life of the production relationship plus the regulatory retention window (default 7 years for quality and trade records under ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016). After that, files are deleted unless you ask us to keep them.

6. International transfer

Your data is processed in China (where the factory is) and may be accessed from your country. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. Project CAD files are stored on internal systems with restricted access and are not uploaded to public cloud storage.

7. Security

Access to personal and project data is limited to staff with a need to know. Engineering systems run behind a private network; email is the primary channel for buyer-facing communication. We have not suffered a personal-data breach; if one occurs, affected individuals and authorities will be notified within 72 hours per GDPR Art. 33/34.

8. No tracking pixels or remarketing

This site does not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Remarketing, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar cross-site trackers. Basic analytics, if enabled, uses privacy-respecting first-party measurement without individual profiling.

9. Children

The service is intended for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

Material changes are dated in the footer below. We will not narrow the scope of this policy retroactively.

What this shop actually runs

A buyer asking for capability evidence should get a specific answer. The facility behind this guide operates 100+ CNC machines across a 6,800 m2 plant in Dongguan, China, with 100+ staff. The machine list by category:

• 3-axis / 4-axis machining centres (50+) - Brother SPEEDIO S500Z2N / S700Z2N (10,000 rpm, 14/21-tool ATC, 0.7 s tool-to-tool, Z-axis 2.2 G) and Mazak VCE-430A L / VCE-570C L (10,000 rpm, 118 N·m, 24-tool ATC). Specified for prismatic parts, plates, brackets, housings.
• Swiss-type turning centres (10+) - Citizen Cincom A20-3F7 (Φ20 mm, 10,000 rpm), TSUGAMI B0206-III / B0205-III (Φ20 mm, 0.1 µm), STAR SR-32JII / SR-32J Type N (Φ32 mm, 8,000 rpm). Specified for long, slender rotational parts at ±0.002 mm.
• CNC turning centres (20+) - HEADMAN T70M/1250 (720 mm swing, 117 mm bore, 3,000 rpm, BMT75 12-station turret). Specified for shafts, bushings, flanges up to ±0.002 mm.
• Wire EDM (5+) - Sodick AQ535L (550/350/300 mm travel, ±20° taper, 800 kg workpiece). Specified for hardened tool steel, internal splines, sharp internal corners that milling cannot reach.
• Inspection: Hexagon CMM + 20+ gauges - Hexagon CMM for coordinate measurement, plus vision system, profilometer, hardness tester, coating thickness gauge, XRF for material verification. The 10:1 rule (gauge 10x more accurate than the band) is applied to every feature.

Tolerance bands held: ±0.003 mm on CNC milling, ±0.002 mm on CNC turning, ±0.002 mm on precision grinding and wire EDM. Capability indices: Ppk >= 1.67 initial on key characteristics; Cpk >= 1.33 ongoing in production.
